In arranging for all events, the attendance must be definitely specified seven (7) days prior to the function. This number will be considered a "Guarantee", not subject to reduction. Nicolosi Catering cannot be responsible for service to more than five percent (5%) over the Guarantee.
LIABILITY: The Organization or Party booking the event agrees to protect, indemnify, defend and hold harmless Nicolosi Catering and its employees and agents against all claims, losses or damage to persons or property, governmental charges, fines and costs (including reasonable attorney's fees) arising out of or connected with the use of the Premises including, but not limited to, the installation, removal, maintenance, occupancy or use of the Premises or any part thereof by the Organization or Party booking the event or any guest, invitee or agent of the undersigned organization, or any independent contractor hired by the Organization or Party booking the event, except those claims arising out of sole negligence or willful misconduct of Nicolosi Catering.
Nicolosi Catering is not responsible for the loss of or damage to any property that you, your guest(s), or invitee(s) bring to the Facility or leave at the Facility during or after the use of the facilities.
OBLIGATIONS: If Nicolosi Catering's obligations under its Agreement are not met for any reason beyond their control, Nicolosi Catering's failure is completely excused and Nicolosi Catering may cancel its Agreement by returning the deposit. The following is a partial list of events that, if they occur, would be considered reason beyond Nicolosi Catering's control: strikes, labor disputes, accidents, governmental restriction on travel, Facility operations, goods or supplies, act of war and acts of God. If for any reason the reserved space it not available for the function, other space of comparable size in the Facility will be substituted for and accepted by the Organization or Party booking the Event.
A good faith deposit of $500.00 is required to confirm your event date. Deposits received are nonrefundable if cancellation occurs by the Organization or Party booking the Event.
CANCELLATION CHARGES: Should it be necessary to cancel a catered function, the following policy concerning refunds will apply:

Payments shall be made at the time of the appointment, which is seven (7) days prior to the Event. Nicolosi Catering accepts Visa and MasterCard, plus applicable bank fees.
No food or beverage of any kind shall be permitted to be brought into the Facility by the Organization or Party booking the event, or any of their guests or invitees, without the express written consent of Nicolosi Catering.
